Information you provide
Registration stores your name, email and a salted password hash. Enquiries store your contact details, topic, reference, message and pack preferences you submit, with a timestamp and status. Saved dog measurements and notes are included only when you explicitly choose to include them in a pack enquiry.
Local browser data
Saved categories, preferences, walking lists and dog measurements use local storage on this device. They are not automatically uploaded with sign-in. Clear these preferences with the footer control, especially on shared devices.
Accounts and payments
A secure HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned payment references are restricted to that account. The payment provider processes card information; this site stores references and status rather than card numbers.
Purpose and retention
Information supports accounts, enquiries, agreed order records and service protection. Active order records, legal obligations or disputes may require retention. The operator should remove data no longer needed and keep a suitable retention policy.

Use the contact form with Privacy request for access, correction or deletion questions. Identity checks may be needed. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included on this site.
